      Payments

      View all payments coming in and going out of your Sonovate account with ease

      The payments section is your place to see all cash moving in and out of your Sonovate account with links to further information across the system.

      Payments out

      All cash payments out of your Sonovate account are shown here. This includes:

      • Withdrawals to your own business bank account
      • Payments to your suppliers
      • Payment of Sonovate fees

      The list is split between payments that have been scheduled but not yet made and payments which have completed.

      Click on a payment to view further information about it including payment dates, bank details and links to related parts of the system.

      Payments in

      All cash receipts into your Sonovate receipt accounts are shown here, including who sent it and when. If you’re looking for a specific payment, you can search by sender name or payment reference or filter the list by date and currency.

      Withdrawals

      The withdrawals screen shows all withdrawals from your Sonovate account to your own bank account with an explanation of which transactions contributed to that withdrawal.

      At the top of the screen, you can see what’s currently available to withdraw. Follow the “How is this calculated?” link to get a summary of the transactions that contributed to the balance.

      All previous withdrawals are shown in the list, you can filter the list by currency and date range, or search for a specific payment reference.

      Click on a withdrawal to view the breakdown of transactions that contributed to it, this includes:

      • Invoices funded
      • Cash released for payment of non-funded or part-funded invoices
      • Recoveries applied by credit note
      • Recoveries for invoices that are disputed or long overdue
      • Sonovate fees
      • Any adjustments to your account not covered above

      The bottom section shows when you requested the withdrawal and when the cash left the Sonovate bank account.
