It is important to keep an eye on your funding limit because it will impact if a worker is paid or not.
If there is not enough client limit available we will not be able to send payment to the worker, it is down to you to request a new funding limit if you see that the limit is running low.
Please click the "request new limit" button, and submit a limit request for the required amount. This will be reviewed by Sonovate within the set SLA.
Your funding limits can be monitored by clicking the 'client' tab, then looking at the 'funding limits' column.
In addition to this, you can request a limit outside of Sonoplatform via this link: https://www.sonovate.com/credit-request/
If you have a limit approved via the above link, it will not appear in Sonoplatform until you add the debtor and request the limit via the platform.
