Manual Timesheets

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to submit and upload a manual timesheet to the portal.

 

Timesheet upload criteria

Before we can accept timesheets that have been uploaded to the portal manually, they must meet the following criteria:

  • Your candidate's full name 
  • Time period worked (calendar week/month)
  • How many days/ hours you have worked. Please ensure this matches the rate as stated on the contract.
 

Approval status - We accept the following timesheets with either one of the following approved status:

      1) The timesheet has to have either a physical signature or a timestamp with
           the approved Timesheet authoriser.

     2) The approved timesheet is on an internal system where the status of the
          timesheet must show: “approved”, “ invoiced” or “exported”.

If there is an additional rate to process, please clearly state the rate type on your timesheet. 

Timesheet upload process

  1. Login to the Timesheets portal.
  2. Choose the week that you are submitting time worked for. 
  3. Click 'Add time' button.


4. Enter the amount of days worked and click 'Select'.

5. Check the details are all correct, add break and/or a description if applicable, and then click 'Save'. 

6. Next, click the 'Submit' button.


7. Choose the option 'I already have a signed timesheet'. You can also download & provide a paper copy for your timesheet authoriser to sign if need be.

 


8. Choose the correct authoriser, check the days entered are correct and then upload the signed timesheet file in the box below. 

 

9. The box below shows us that the file has been successfully uploaded and we're ready to click 'Submit'.

 

 

10. Our verification team will check that the timesheet meets the criteria and then approve the time worked ready for billing.
