Making Wallet Withdrawals

Your Wallet gives you control over when you move funds out of Sonovate.

You can withdraw your full available balance or make a partial withdrawal, depending on what you need.

Before you withdraw

If you are eligible for rebates, any funds left in your Wallet may continue to earn rebate.

Once you withdraw funds, that amount will no longer earn rebate from the point it leaves your Wallet.

Example:

• If you have £5,000 in your Wallet and withdraw £2,000, the remaining £3,000 can still earn rebate
• The £2,000 you withdrew will no longer earn rebate

How to withdraw funds

To withdraw your full available Wallet balance:

• Log in to your account
• Go to your Wallet
• Check your available balance
• Select Withdraw
• Choose to withdraw the full amount
• Confirm the withdrawal

Once confirmed, the funds will be sent out of your Wallet.

Why make a partial withdrawal?

A partial withdrawal can help if you want to:

• Move out only what you need right now
• Keep the rest of your funds in your Wallet
• Continue earning rebate on the amount that remains, if you are eligible

Important to know

• You can only withdraw available funds
• If you withdraw funds, that amount stops earning rebate
• Any funds left in your Wallet may continue to earn rebate, subject to eligibility
• Partial withdrawals give you more control over how much stays in your Wallet
