This article explains how to process any leavers

  • When a worker leaves your agency, you will need to notify us by raising a ticket on the Sonovate platform, telling us:
    • The worker name
    • Their leaving date
    • Whether or not to pay out any outstanding accrued holiday pay
  • We will then offboard the worker and issue them with a P45
  • If the worker has a live assignment, you will also need to end the assignment early on or before their last day. Failing to do this, may result in further timesheets being processed and paid.
