Signing into your Account for the First Time

Here is a helpful tutorial video that will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating your Sonovate account and signing in for the first time.

Account Creation Step-by-Step Process

1. To begin the process, an email will be sent to you containing a link to sign up for your Sonovate account.
2. Please click this link and enter your email under ‘username’.
3. When creating your password, please ensure that it is unique and personal to you. Once you have created a strong password of your own choice, this will be your password going forward. We do not provide temporary passwords.
4. Once you have entered your email address and generated your own password, you will then be able to log in to the timesheet app.  

To note, if you are a timesheet authoriser, you will only receive the link to log in when the timesheet has been submitted to you to approve. Once this has been done, please log in the same way as stated above.
